After being admitted, you will receive communication in your personal email account from oktamailer@sou.edu with instructions on how to activate your student account.
2: Submit your advanced tuition deposit
Want to confirm your spot at 窪圖勛蹋厙, apply for housing, and sign up for advising & registration as soon as you can? Only students who have submitted their advanced tuition deposit have access to those steps.

3. Schedule Advising & Registration
Winter, Spring, or Summer Entry
After your advanced tuition deposit has been submitted, a Student Success Coordinator will contact you via your 窪圖勛蹋厙 email to schedule a personal advising & registration appointment.
Fall Entry
After your advanced tuition deposit has been submitted, your advising & registration next steps information will arrive via your 窪圖勛蹋厙 email in early April.
Online Degree Completion Students (All Terms of Entry)
After your advanced tuition deposit has been submitted, a Student Success Coordinator will contact you via your 窪圖勛蹋厙 email to schedule a personal advising & registration appointment.
4: Check Your 窪圖勛蹋厙 Email Regularly
You will receive important links, reminders, and requests from 窪圖勛蹋厙.
5: Report Changes to Admissions
If you wish to change your entry term, your academic major, or decline your admission to the university, please notify the Office of Admissions at admissions@sou.edu or 855.470.3377.

Attend Raider Reception

Submit Final Documents
After graduating high school or completing college work, send the Office of Admissions your final official transcripts as soon as they are available. See our How to Apply page.
Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships
Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at (or the Oregon Student Aid Application at ) To be considered for 窪圖勛蹋厙 scholarships, admitted students may to complete the Southern Oregon Scholarship Application (SOSA) by March 15th.
Submit the Housing Contract
Students who are within their first year of high school graduation are required to live on campus in the residence halls. Submit your housing contract to reserve a room in our residence halls. After signing up for the residence halls, students should check their 窪圖勛蹋厙 email regularly for information about room selection, which happens during the summer months.

Submit Mandatory Immunization Records and Health History Form

As soon as you are registered for classes, you can reserve your textbooks online through our bookstore at .
Pay Your Tuition and Fees
